April's challenge has been a wonderfully powerful for me. I have enjoyed interacting with all of my crystals as they helped to enhance and heal my life. These are just a few of my books on the subject. I plan to continue using my crystals and stones in my personal healing practice.

My HIMALAYAN SALT LAMP is wonderful for grounding, cleansing and purifying my energy. For the past two weeks I have been sitting with my daughter at the hospital trying to get the idiot sick doctors to release her healthy preemie daughter. That means that we spent a lot of time in a fear based dark place so coming home and grounding the negative energy has been crucial.

Tonight my husband and I gathered around this STRAWBERRY QUARTZ crystal ball and performed a ritual to send love and healing through the ether to our new granddaughter who was born at 32 weeks breathing on her own and perfect but for some lame reason, after three weeks, they are still keeping her at the hospital. We reached out to our/her ancestors, guardians, and spirit guides to surround her in protective energy. It is time for the hospital to release her and let her go home with her mom, dad, brother and sister. Ashe!

Day 15 of my April Challenge-Crystal and Stone Healing

I used AMETHYST on my brow chakra, for communication with the higher self, BLUE LACE AGATE on my throat chakra, for concise verbal communication, ROSE QUARTZ to open my heart chakra, CITRINE for my solar plexus because I needed to release all of the tension I have been holding in my gut, and, SMOKY QUARTZ for my root chakra and my protection. These are the crystals that spoke to me today.

MOLDAVITE is a very expensive crystal because it is so rare and as far as I know, only found in one place. It is said to have formed when a meteorite hit the earth. According to the Crystal Bible, "it is a fusion of extraterrestrial energies with mother earth." I have only ever seen it sold in these tiny little pieces and I bought this one about twelve years ago and it costed me around forty/fifty bucks. I love the deep green color and the power that emanates from it is off the richter and it opens you to communications with your higher self.

Day 13 of my April Challenge- Crystal and Stone Healing

AMETHYST is one of the most popular crystals and it is considered a master healer and can be used on all of the chakras. It is perfect for the brow and crown chakra and I often use it for balance, grounding, expansion and for healing an occasional headache. Today I used it for protection against psyche attack because for the past two weeks, I have been spending time in a very negative and sometimes hostile environment and I need to shield myself against hater vibes.

Tonight I feel draw to my LEMURIAN SEED crystal because I feel like reaching for a higher state of evolution. I am tired of the mundane and I would love to tune into a higher vibration in preparation for my journey to Sedona and Mt Shasta. The bell and cymbals on the photo are used to clean my crystals, I prefer using sound instead of water or earth, but I have been known to use those methods also.

CITRINE is the crystal that I pulled tonight and this was not a coincident because everything that it heals is exactly what I need. According to the Crystal Bible, it absorbs, transmutes, dissipates and grounds negative energy and it also increases blood circulation just to name a few of its abilities.

Day 9 of my April Challenge-Crystal and Stone Healing

CLEAR QUARTZ is one of my favorites and when I lived in San Francisco, I used to plant them in the earth all over the city. I was constructing an energy grid to be activated at a later date! This is my largest clear quartz crystal and because quartz is the easiest crystal to program, I have programed this one to be my master healer. I sit with it in my lap and I let her do her work.

Day 3 of my April Challenge-Crystal Healing month

CELESTITE and ANGELITE are the crystal and stone that was called for today. I needed to contact the angelic realm and to call in all of my ancestors to watch over a family member and to keep her safe. These two, celestite a crystal and angelite a stone, are both very comforting and when I use them, it actually works quickly and I feel protected by spirits, guides, ancestors and sometimes, I think I feel touched by them.

April's Challenge-Crystal Work Everyday

This month is going to be fabulous as I give myself a different crystal treatment or sit in meditation with a particular crystal or even sleep with a crystal under my pillow everyday. Yes, I plan to work with my crystals and to get to know more about them for my April Challenge. This has been a very trying week so it was wonderful to use my SMOKY QUARTZ to calm down and ground the hectic energy.
