April's challenge has been a wonderfully powerful for me. I have enjoyed interacting with all of my crystals as they helped to enhance and heal my life. These are just a few of my books on the subject. I plan to continue using my crystals and stones in my personal healing practice.

I love seeing and/or building cairns. They can be markers so you can find your way back or just a way of saying I was here, but some people build them as a memorials for a love one who has passed or to remember some life altering event.

Day 27 of my April Challenge-Crystal and Stone Healing

Whenever I travel, I take along my traveling altar which is filled with magical items like a copper buddha, African trade beads and kente cloth, given to me by my dad, sea glass and shells, incense, candles and I have a couple of crystals and my carved stone mala beads and all of this is inside this little case. Recently I rented a beautiful place for the Vernal equinox and while I was there I set up my altar and did a ritual to welcome Spring. A traveling altar is a wonderful idea because you can consecrate the spaces that you journey to and create sacred energy around those spaces.
