I used AMETHYST on my brow chakra, for communication with the higher self, BLUE LACE AGATE on my throat chakra, for concise verbal communication, ROSE QUARTZ to open my heart chakra, CITRINE for my solar plexus because I needed to release all of the tension I have been holding in my gut, and, SMOKY QUARTZ for my root chakra and my protection. These are the crystals that spoke to me today.

Day 15 of my April Challenge-Crystal and Stone Healing
