SMOKY QUARTZ and SILVER SHEEN OBSIDIAN is what I chose to carry in my pockets today on my trip to the NICU where they are holding my new preemie granddaughter. Hospitals are very negative places from what I have experienced so I need to bring my smoking quartz to keep that energy at bay and my obsidian to help me preserver. When ever the energy in that place full of fear would get to me, I would reach into my pocket and hold the stones and they would keep me grounded and protected.
