LAPIS LAZULI one of my favorite stones. I use it for opening my third eye, or at least attempting to, it has happened. For me, it is a very powerful stone so when I place it on my third eye and my throat chakras, I only use it for a short time, no more than ten minutes. In the past I tried to use it at bedtime but it actually took me to some deep places that made trying to sleep afterwards, very difficult. In reading, "The Crystal Bible," by Judy Hall, she says that this stone contacts your spirit guardians and it recognizes psychic attack and sends it back to the source. This is a great stone to work with and recently a friend sent me some little lapis lazuli earrings, perfect!!

Day 5 of my April- Crystal and Stone Healing Month
