Tonight I pulled out a BLUE CALCITE for my throat chakra and a chunk of HIMALAYAN SALT for my root chakra. The blue stone will restore, calm and help with my verbal communication and my salt crystal is for purification of my gut where I tend to hold on to a lot of old stuff. I am releasing.
